What Changed in the August 2026 Meta
Heading into August, the meta is still shaped by the Season 52 (NanoNoodles) balance state: the Update 68 pass and the July 8 mid-season hotfix. Nori arrived during the season, and Starr Nova and Bolt each picked up a new Hypercharge.
The Update 68 pass buffed several forgotten picks, with Mandy's attack jumping from 2,600 to 2,960, while Spike traded a slower Super charge for higher damage. Mandy has climbed back into playability off the back of that change.
