Liino is an off-field Supporter built around Arts Reactions. Her Battle Skill enters Vocalist Stance, granting a teamwide ATK Boost, treating allies within range, and periodically dealing Electric damage. While the stance is active, applying or consuming an Arts Reaction triggers her Combo Skill, which treats the controlled operator, deals Electric damage, and generates Ultimate Energy. Her Ultimate heals the team and enters the stronger Cosmovoice Stance, which forcibly applies Electrification and provides ATK Boost, Electric Amp, Nature Amp, and continuous treatment. After her Combo Skill, her Combat Talent can also refund SP to the next Battle Skill used by an Electric or Nature operator, making her especially valuable in SP-heavy rotations.
